Intervest Corporation was founded in 1983 by Steve Nail as the natural outcome of a diverse career that covered all aspects of multifamily real estate – from law and financing, to construction and management. Often working with the Department of Housing and Urban Development, Steve became an expert on low income and affordable housing, and he started his company with the goal of building and managing quality homes and welcoming communities for folks throughout Mississippi and beyond.
Today, Intervest Corporation manages over 98 LIHTC, Rural Development, and HUD properties, most of which were built or acquired and renovated by our dedicated team. We take pride in maintaining our properties to the highest standards, creating spaces that our residents are happy to call home.
